Production Timeline
This item is made to order and takes 2-3 weeks to craft.
SHIPPING
We ship all orders via USPS.
If you need your order urgently, we offer USPS Priority or Overnight Express shipping at an additional cost. Please select your preferred option and contact us for assistance.
Standard USPS shipping usually takes 3–5 business days. For faster delivery, USPS Priority takes 1–3 business days, and Priority Express typically arrives in 1–2 business days.
We currently do not offer international shipping, except for orders within South Korea. As we have our own workshop in Korea, we are happy to ship directly to customers in South Korea.
RETURN
All of our jewelry is made to order, tailored to your specific size and preferences.
Every piece is custom-made just for you, ensuring the perfect fit and personal touch.
All Custom orders are non-refundable.
Exchanges are accepted within 7 days for unworn items. Please note that special orders (Custom order, Engagement Rings ) are final and not eligible for return or exchange.
If products are delivered damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We'll replace or repair the item.
