Terms and Conditions

GEUM JEWELRY TERMS & CONDITIONS – ALL MADE-TO-ORDER JEWELRY

1. Deposit & Payment

  • Custom Orders: A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to begin production. The remaining balance must be paid in full before delivery or pick-up.

  • Regular (Made-to-Order) Jewelry: Full payment is required at the time of purchase before production begins.

2. Design Approval & Revisions (Custom Orders Only)

  • Clients may request up to two (2) complimentary design revisions within three (3) business days of receiving the initial design.

  • Additional revisions may incur a fee and may not be possible once production has started.

3. Production Timeline

  • Regular (Made-to-Order) Jewelry: Standard production time is 2–3 weeks after payment.

  • Custom Orders: Standard production time is 3–6 weeks after design approval and deposit payment.

  • Complex designs or limited material availability may require additional time; clients will be notified if delays occur.

4. Refunds, Cancellations & Exchanges

  • All made-to-order jewelry (both custom and regular) is final sale.

  • No cancellations, refunds, or exchanges will be accepted once production has started.

5. Repairs & Warranty

  • Any issues reported within 7 days of receipt will be reviewed for complimentary repair.

  • Custom Orders: One (1) complimentary service is included within 12 months of delivery (excluding stone loss, wear and tear, or customer-caused damage).

  • All other repairs will incur a service fee.

6. Certificates

  • Center stones may include GIA or IGI certificates if applicable or upon request.

  • Stones under 1 carat will not be individually certified.

7. Design Rights (Custom Orders Only)

  • The final jewelry piece is owned by the client; however, all design sketches, CAD files, molds, and production methods remain the property of Geum Jewelry.
  • Reproduction or use of the design by third parties is strictly prohibited without prior written consent.
